Returns, Exchanges & Complaints
You have 14 days after receiving your goods, in most cases, you can change your mind and get a full refund as long as the goods are unmarked and unused.If you wish to return an unsed item after 14 days for a refund please contact us first due to the VAT may have been paid on your item.
Up to 30 days If your item is faulty, you can get a refund.
Returns must be sent back by signed for delivery with your invoice number within 14 days.
WE WILL REQUIRE YOUR TRACKING NUMBER TO MAKE SURE WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURNS. Unfortunately we are not responsible for items that are lost in the post.
If your returns fails to reach us please contact Royal mail and put in a claime for lost goods.
Return postage costs are to be met by the customer unless the goods are found to be faulty.
workmanship must be returned for inspection immediately and if
necessary the item may have to be returned to the manufacturer for testing.
In these cases 28 days must be allowed. Under no circumstances should
items be continued to be used when damaged, as you will be deemed to
have accepted the goods in their damaged condition. Postage fees will be
reimbursed for justified damages.

All Fylde saddles are adjustable to fit different shapes and can be adjusted to fit different ponies. Our saddles are mainly made on a wide Tree and then adjusted to a medium/wide or an extra wide depending on what you order at the time but we prefer to fit them from a template as this gives us a better indication of the fit needed.However please do not order a saddle from D to D measurement as this is impossible to measure as every saddle is different and depending on the amount of flocking the saddle has will alter the fit even if it has the same D to D measurement.If a saddle does not fit the customer is responsible for the return postage.
