Call us with your order at +44 (0)1995 670332 during our opening hours

which are 9.00am and 5.00.pm Monday - Friday

Thursday 9.00am - 4 pm

Saturday 9am - 1 pm

Order By Fax

 Be sure to include your phone number. If we have any questions we will

14  Day Approval
We offer 14 days unconditional approval on any item purchased from

our mail order dept. We will supply full refund

(excluding postage and packaging)

on any item returned unsoiled within 14 days. Alternatively you may simply

exchange the item

.Returns must be sent back by signed for delivery with your invoice number.WE WILL REQUIRE YOUR TRACKING NUMBER TO MAKE SURE WE HAVE  RECEIVED YOUR RETURNS. Unfortunately we are not responsible for items that are lost in the post. If an item fails to reach us please contact Royal mail and put in a claime for lost goods. We charge postage cost to send out returned items for exchange.

Postal Charges
Mainland only - To cover the cost of post and packaging, please add £6.00 or £10.00 for heavier and longer parcels

the carrier cost of a saddle to be sent by APC is £15 and for Scotland is £30 by Royal mail

for orders required  in working days, £12.00 for orders required the next day.

Payment by Visa Switch or Delta can be made over the phone.

Please have your card number,expiry date in  the case of Switch and Delta, issue number and 3 didget security number, at hand when calling.

Overseas Orders
Postage is charged at postal rate.  We will be happy to quote specific prices

in order to ensure the correct amount is sent.

Delivery
If goods are in stock, dispatch is usualy  the same working day but under

exceptional circumstances please allow 28 days for delivery
